Original description: Had this crazy experience yesterday at the mall where some lady asked if she could pet the dogs. People ask us all the time so I just said, “no.” All the dogs are working so it’s my go to answer. And they walked away. No big deal right? This lady went out of her way to come back with her child and yell at us for saying “no” and for not saying, “nO iM sOrRy ThEy’Re TrAiNiNg.” And we should “have a sign or something.” You mean the 20 patches on my dog that say don’t pet? 🙃 Entitlement these days is real. They even got mall security because we said they couldn’t pet the working dogs. 🙃😂 Security said that the lady was crying 😂 So much harassment for just saying no. This video is public and is shareable. There was no common sense here. Posted By Abdul

  1. When in front of a camera: iT’s IlLeGaL tO fIlM mE WiThOuT mY cOnCeNT!
When in front of actual law enforcement: Oh sorry officer! I didn’t know it was a crime to harass a service dog team!😨😨

    1. that is actually the only thing I really noticed.. everyone I see out in public acts this way, it was no surprise to me.. but holding your kid like a used newspaper… damn.. terrible mom

    2. Michael Walsh I agree. If someone held my child that way they’d not hear the end of it. Irresponsible to say the least, as well as a possible threat to the kids safety… it could possibly hurt her holding her that way, also making it very easy to drop the child.

  2. Thats exactly why she walked away. Shes a nut case expecting to have everything her way. Have control of your kids. A NO IS A NO.

    1. Matthew W You aren’t entitled to pet anyone’s dog, they don’t owe you an explanation besides no. If a guy wanted to kiss a girl and she just said no would it be reasonable for the guy to get offended?

    1. Tom zxzu but shouldn’t you not allow your service dog to be touched if it needs to help with what ever medical condition you have as it would distract the dog

    2. Megasteelflexable it depends on the situation. There are times when I have to say no. But other times when I feel as if it is fine.
I know people who never allow their dog to be touched and some do… it’s a personal thing I guess

    3. Megasteelflexable what? Are you insisting service dogs should never be touched because it fits your comments or what you think? I’m telling you the truth. The woman with the dog in the video has every right to not allow her to touch the dog… I am only telling you how I handle those situations…why do you seem bothered by that?

  3. This is a rare form of ignorance and stupidity. These women clearly just wanted a confrontation. “Can I pet your dog?” “No”
“Oh ok have a nice day” veryyyy simple .
Why have war when you could have peace?? Who gains?

  4. Wow! Service dog or not, if someone tells you NO to petting their dog there must be a reason for it, its not your property, and it may put the dog, or you in danger. Btw why is she holding her child like that? xD

    1. Although I think she is vile and don’t want to defend her in anyway. I held both my boys that way they both had stomach issues and this position was the only one either of them where ever calm in while I was out with them. I got some magnificent starring from people but it kept them calm and happy so stare away. I’d throw in sound effects and all so I think they felt like they where flying 😂

    1. No. She didn’t do anything illegal. Nothing at all. She asked if her child could pet the dog, she was told no, she walked away. The dog handler then used a profanity against her so she came back and told her off. None of those things are illegal.

    2. I don’t know about the state of PA, but here in Mass, it is a misdemeanor to continue to engage service dog handlers after being told NO. I am more inclined to think that the trainers have a pretty firm understanding. She goes off on a tirade because the woman feels she deserves a better, politer explanation AND decided to ignore the posted “Do Not Pet” signs that the trainers mention. If you were being harassed by someone who thinks they are entitled to do something, how polite would YOU be?

  5. “I want to complain” “I’m the owner of the company” “is there anyone higher up?” … “you should have signs” “there are four” “well, you should have signs”…. I fear for that child’s common sense abilities as she grows up.

  6. Handlers shouldn’t have to be “nice” it’s not a requirement it’s a curtesy. If someone doesn’t have the energy to explain for the 100th time why a kid can’t pet their dog, it’s completely understandable. People don’t understand how many times that day that question has been asked. People don’t understand what current episode or sensitivities could be triggering the handler. WE DO NOT OWE THE PUBLIC ANYTHING. I will be polite to the best of my ability but if I don’t want to take the time out of my day to explain, that is my choice and everyone needs to respect that. We don’t need “more signs” we don’t need to be polite. What if that lady was asked “can I hold you child” by every passing person? I’m sure she’d be just as angry. Service dogs are medical equipment not your child’s entertainment. Let us be.

    1. They aren’t equipment. Cmon now. You have no respect for animals to say that. These creatures have been here long before us. They would be like a security blanket. Equipment just sounds stupid and heartless. Dogs don’t owe you anything either. Be grateful they obey you. A cat certainly wouldn’t do that. They’d claw your face off.

    2. Spyro Fan Service dogs are considered medical equipment under the law. Its not that they are trying to be insensitive. Its literally a service dogs job to be medical equipment.

    3. +Spyro Fan They are equipment. All animals we have in or around our homes have been domesticated to be used as tools. Cats to keep rodents away (lots of people have cats that are trained to do many different tasks. Maybe yours just hasn’t been challenged enough to know its full potential). Horses/Cows/Ox to plow and farm land, carry heavy loads, etc. Dogs to help hunt, carry, protect, etc. Eagles are even used to hunt and keep pigeons away from certain places. My dogs are most happy working. They hate being cooped up. Stating these facts does not mean that one thinks less of their animals. It actually means we love them enough to utilize there abilities to help the whole unit and keep all active and healthy.

  7. “She could have said it’s in training!”

No means no. Nothing else matters.

    “You need a sign,”
    Dude. It’s called patches.

And it’s not illegal to film in a public space. Especially if you feel threatened.

  8. People don’t like to be told no. This young woman is way out of line. These are well marked service dogs. They are working. They are not a petting zoo. They are not toys. They are not for her daughters amusement. No is no. No matter how you say it. If mom had been smart – she would have explained to her daughter why she could not touch the dogs and the importance of their work. Instead – she had a Millennial melt down. I love all dogs and enjoy the dog park. But I ALWAYS ask their owners for permission to pet their dog. I don’t recall ever being refused. But I always ask.

  9. I know this woman. She’s been like this ever since Maury hasn’t been able to tell her which parolee is the baby daddy…

  10. I like how her fat friend had the nerve to tell the girl recoding to learn respect. 😂🤣😂🤣. Liberals are crazy

    1. You know what else is crazy; every conservative, blonde bimbo who poked a condom looks like that where I live. These ladies can be anyone. Lol
