  1. Our Buddy loves those Kong Squeak air balls, great episode as always Zak, digging the thumbnail design 😎

    1. Awesome, I adopted a dog this week. I must say though, be careful about ticks especially in warmer climates. I saw one on my dog two days ago and was really worried.

    2. I have a golden retriever, 4 months old, but don’t leave anything on the floor you love, I learned from pass experience. He was potty trained in less then a month. I love Golden’s.

    1. At our Modern Puppies website, we have a Breed Weight chart and a Designer Breed Weight chart that will provide an estimate of the adult weight of your breed of dog. You can find both weight chart links by scrolling to the bottom of our home page. You can also see our PTPA Sizes link to see which size PTPA would be best for your dog. If you think your dog will weigh over 80 lbs as an adult, we would suggest a XXLarge PTPA. If you think your dog will weigh less than 80 lbs as an adult, we would suggest an XLarge PTPA. If you are not sure, then go with the XXLarge PTPA. The PTPA can never be too big, however, it can be too small if you order the incorrect size.

    1. We have a very useful Breed Weight Chart and Designer Breed Weight Chart at our website that estimates the adult weight of most breeds of dogs. Your potential dogs would be listed within our Breed Weight Chart. At the very bottom of our Modern Puppies website, click on the Breed Weight Chart link to see the estimated adult weight of your dog and more info about both breeds. We would suggest an XLarge PTPA for an Australian Shepherd or a Labrador Retriever.

    1. Yes, this would be perfect for your dog at night. The PTPA also works for older dogs, elderly dogs and rescue dogs. We have thousands of adult dogs that have been successfully potty trained to use the PTPA device and our one-of-a-kind training system. Our training system details are covered in our Instructional DVD, which is free with the PTPA. We also discuss how to properly train an older dog to use the PTPA in our Instructional DVD. For more info, please visit our Modern Puppies website. Zak included our website link in the description above.

We would suggest an XLarge PTPA for your Siberian Husky.

  2. My puppy who is about a year now, got potty trained within a week, she quickly understood that grass is allowed and floor is not allowed.
If im in the city where there is not much grass she holds it until there is a little patch of grass, becouse concreate is floor in her mind.

    1. Marie-Lovise aka Mar_Lov I wish I had this luck. I got my puppy at 8 weeks and had him use puppy pads until he was vaccinated, then I started training him to go outside. He will go in grass on command, which is great but when he’s inside he’ll pee whenever he has the urge. I’m frantically trying to break him of this because I’m moving into a house soon and it’s carpeted throughout and I don’t want him to pee all over it immediately. 🤦🏾‍♀️

    2. raichuubaybee I have this exact same problem with my puppy who is now 9 months😩 it’s even worse because my house is 90% carpet. Idk what to do anymore

    1. 500 SUBS NO VIDEO?

You have a valid concern about advertising. In defense of Zak, I would like to share a few thoughts. Zak has an amazing reputation and would never endorse a product or service that he did not truly believe in. Zak is a very genuine and sincere man. The video is partly about potty training indoors, and Zak thought this product was a great tool to help with indoor potty training. In addition, without advertising, we would never learn about products or services that can make our life easier and/or more enjoyable. My last point is that Zak is providing free content and the only way he can earn a decent living is by incorporating advertising into his videos from reputable companies. We can either pay for Zak to teach us great training techniques or get the techniques for free and be understanding about the advertising element. I look at the advertising element as a positive thing, because it means I get the content for free. It also means learning about cool products that I may have never of heard of before, all demonstrated by an amazing dog trainer!

    2. 500 SUBS NO VIDEO?

You are correct, however, most of the products in his other videos were not specifically related to the subject of the video. This video is mostly about potty training inside and Zak used a product that was specifically created to help with potty training inside. I actually think he gives some great training tips on how to get a puppy comfortable going potty indoors.

    1. Of course you can give boiled chicken! Just make sure there are no bones in it, since cooked bones(especially in bird and fish) easily break into dangerously sharp small pieces when chewed.

I wouldn’t recommend giving raw chicken as treats on a regular basis, mostly for your own health’s sake(as you probably know, raw chicken needs to be handled very carefully, and you need to clean any surface or any utilities it makes contact with). If you’re going to insist on raw treats anyways, you need to freeze the chicken or meat for a few days to kill off bacteria(it won’t kill everything though), and be very mindful when handling it. It’s not exactly the kind of treat you want to keep in your pocket lol, not super practical.
