Only I tell them "Amazing Rottweiler kennel". They don't tell and think about it. Please don't misunderstand it.

I love their rottweiler and bought my dog from them last year.

They lived in UK in past. They have gotten a BOB, a best bitch and a best puppy in Crufts dog show.

They moved to New Zealand 13 years ago.

Their Rottweilers have been sent many countries and have gotten champions at dog shows in 11 countries.

I went to there last month December 2016 and took videos.

They have 1 male and 11 females in this time but they breed by frozen semen too.

but the 1 male is nice dog too. My dog Joe was from the male.

We live in Japan.

Oh I forgot to tell about throwing ball. Lol

The name of the breeder is Ian. He doesn't throw ball so many people may get annoyed. But it's not mean. To make them concentrate his hand and balls. It's very important for dog show. Please don't misunderstand about it too.

Any questions contact them

I don’t get it. Is it supposed to teach the dog’s impulse control? Not to be obsessed with the ball? Someone said it is a Training Technique. But did not explain. I have such a short attention span with YT videos, I fast forwarded, skipped & he was still holding the ball, so I went back & thought I missed something. Frustrating! But seriously, what was he trying to teach them? Could the videographer guy say what he was doing & let everyone in on it maybe? Is is supposed to teach the packs to focus on the trainer/handler & not the ball. Is is supposed to teach the dog’s to not be riled up & to calm down, so when the ball does get thrown, they do not KILL EAT OTHER OVER IT! OR WHAT!!!! *SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME!*

I have Rottweiler but I don’t understand why people always chop of their tales. it’s a way for them to comunnicate

    • Lukas Pieper says:

      “Rottweilers don’t communicate”
If you have no idea pls don’t speak such bs, rotties are, like every dog,
social animals. Of cause the communicate like every other dog. If you don’t see that you have no idea about dogs and their emotions.

(If it is sarcasm I really apologize but it doesn’t seem like it)

    • JackyTM POP says:

Matthew Eddleston no it’s not idiot

Of cause it is a way for them to communicate. Tail wagging is just one of many examples for this. Having their tails tugged between their legs, having it raised straight up and all those things are clear examples of body language.

    • Emerald Dragon says:

the act of docking ( or cutting off the tail for you people who dont understand what it means) is to prevent any injury to the dogs tail. if a dog were to wag its tail and hit somthing solid really hard it could cause the tail to bleed and other probelms. Hope i was able to educate some of you guys.

    • Lukas Pieper says:

      Emerald Dragon
Everybody knows that it is called docking. Also everybody knows that it was used to protect the tails of the dogs. But definitely NOT from tail wagging. It won’t cause an injury if your dog wags his tail against a solid object, all dogs do that all the time.
It was done to prevent cattle (which Rottweilers used to herd) from stepping on the tail or from other REAL dangers.

That is absolutely not necessary today, especially if you breed for a healthy tail, like every proper European breeder does (Rottweilers are not used for herding cattle anymore). Even for police work (where it is debatable if cropping and docking is beneficial) a lot of people chose not to do it anymore, since the risk of actually damaging the tail is so low that it does not pay off. Tails benefit the animal, do you think they evolved for no reason?
(I mean GSDs and Malinois are never docked for police work, for a good reason: balance)
Don’t pretend like people that are against cropping and docking are fools.

This is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life.I am from serbia, and I had a rotwiler, he lived for 14 years. We loved him a lot, and after that we did not dare to take another dog.But if we ever decide to take a dog it will be repeated to be a Rottweiler. And I’m a little envious of you, on these beautiful Rottweilers!!!!!

    • Shaleen Dalal says:

Krivi toranj u Pizi Your Rottweiler lived for 14 years?! Wow. What did you feed him?

    • Krivi toranj u Pizi says:

I brought my from a certified kennel my lived for 12. Your right I haven’t gotten one either.

  16. BlueWise NinjaOwl says:

When he is holding the ball and not throwing it. I call this attention training. It teaches the dog to focus on your hand movements and be more responsive, I used to do this with my Shepherd dog. He was about 3 years old when I rescued him and not trained. It took nearly a year to train him and I used the hold training method and he learned and became so responsive, It also tests for alertness as well.
