    Well, right off the bat you are wrong The Cairn is not the smallest, The Norwich and the Norfolk, and the Yorkshire are smaller.

      Above Read Did Not Read This Correctly It Says “Cairn terrier is one of the smallest of all terrier breeds.” Not that is is the smallest.
